It is a safe, authentic residential area, strategically positioned halfway between the capital and the beaches in the south. Close by: In the surrounding streets, you will find a market, supermarkets, and the popular Avenida de Canarias—one of the longest open-air pedestrian shopping streets—lined with shops, cafés, and restaurants. Atlántico Shopping Center: Just a short distance away, perfect for all your shopping needs or catching a movie. Culture: You can visit the La Zafra Museum, located right in the area, to learn about the agricultural history of Gran Canaria. Beaches and stunning coastline: Just a 10–15 minute drive away, you’ll find Pozo Izquierdo (home to world-class windsurfing championships) and the beautiful Playa de Arinaga, which features a seaside promenade and "Soco Negro"—a spectacular spot for swimming in calm waters. Includes a spacious wardrobe with hangers. Living Room & Workspace: A cozy living area equipped with a sofa bed, a Smart TV, and a desk—perfect for getting some work done. The entire property offers reliable, high-speed WiFi (59 Mbps). Open-Plan Kitchen: Fully equipped for your daily cooking needs. Includes a refrigerator with a freezer, oven, gas stovetop, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all necessary kitchenware. A washing machine and ironing facilities are also provided. Bathroom: A well-maintained, full bathroom featuring a shower and a hairdryer.
