Welcome to my home! This lovely 50m2 apartment with an independent entrance is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area, offering a wide range of gastronomic options. Located on the ground floor with direct street access. Designed with an open-floor living and dining area, this home acts as a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. It is furnished with a comfy sofa where you can relax, a Flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities for your use. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry. The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. All beds come with complimentary linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
