It is also conveniently located within walking distance of the nearest subway station, Malilla - Pianista Empar Iturbi (2 minutes walk), allowing you to explore the city and its surrounding areas easily.

Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is conveniently located near the city's central train station, making exploring Valencia and its surroundings easy. You can take a short walk to the station and hop on a train to visit nearby towns and cities or explore Valencia's vibrant neighbourhoods on foot. It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with your loved one. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. There are two bedrooms. The first room is furnished with a double bed, and the second has two single beds; all beds are complete with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The workroom boasts a delightful small balcony accessed through a convenient door, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and scenic views while working. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy.
