Welcome to my apartment! This cozy 77 m² apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for an excellent seasonal stay. Located on the 2nd floor with an elevator, it combines comfort and style in a privileged location. The living room includes a smart TV and a comfortable sofa for relaxing, as well as a small terrace overlooking the street—perfect for enjoying a coffee or a drink. Next to the living area, you’ll find the dining space, and behind it, the fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials: cookware, stovetop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The master bedroom features a double bed and plenty of storage space, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable single bed and wardrobe, making it ideal for friends or family. There is a full bathroom with clean towels and free toiletries, plus a washing machine for your convenience. Enjoy the fresh air and the city’s great weather on the apartment’s balcony. Cleaning will be carried out before your scheduled arrival. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy. Check-in hours: from 15:00 to 22:00. Please note that check-ins after 22:00 may incur an additional cost. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

Het appartement heeft een uitzonderlijke locatie dicht bij alles, zeer rustig en vredig. Alles is nieuw en werkt naar behoren. De communicatie met GuestReady verliep soepel en eenvoudig van het begin
