Well connected by public transport, allowing you to move around comfortably according to your needs.

Welcome to my apartment! This charming 114 m² apartment is perfect for your seasonal stay in this lovely city. It is located on the 4th floor with convenient access by elevator. Upon entering, you’ll find a hallway leading forward to the living room, which features two spacious and modern sofas, a SMART TV, and a dining area for all guests. You’ll also have access to a lovely terrace with beautiful views, perfect for enjoying Valencia’s wonderful climate. The kitchen, located before the living room, is fully equipped with everything you need — including cooking utensils, a stovetop, oven, microwave, and a small table for quick meals. There is also a small exit to the terrace where the water heater and washing machine are located. Down the hallway on the other side, you’ll find four bedrooms. Two of them have single beds, and the other two have double beds, all with large wardrobes. You’ll also find two well-equipped bathrooms with showers, clean towels, and complimentary toiletries to keep you feeling fresh. We’ll make sure everything is spotless before your arrival, so all you need to do is settle in and relax. Enjoy your stay!

Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.

Het appartement voldeed aan mijn verwachtingen. Het heeft een zeer handige parkeerplaats, hoewel deze soms bezet was door een buurman.
