Fully equipped for a perfect stay, it is situated in an area with excellent restaurants and all necessary services.

Welcome to my apartment! Please note that parties, loud noises, and smoking are STRICTLY prohibited inside the apartment, as it is equipped with noise level monitors and smoke detectors. Pets are also not allowed. This charming 90 m² apartment features 3 double beds and a sofa bed spread over two floors. On the ground floor, the living room includes a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table. Down the hallway, you’ll find the bathroom and the first bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cooking utensils and tableware, including an electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, and more. For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher for effortless cleanup, as well as a washing machine, dryer, and iron for your laundry needs. The second bedroom is located on the upper floor, accessible via stairs from the downstairs bedroom. This upper floor features two double beds, separated by a large partition for privacy. The bathroom is on the first floor and includes all necessary amenities, such as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Check-in is self-service and available from 3:00 PM, subject to availability and confirmation. Please note that parties, loud noise, and smoking are STRICTLY prohibited inside the apartment, as it is equipped with noise decibel monitors and smoke detectors. Failure to comply with the house rules will result in a €200 fine. Out of respect for neighbors and the community, any behavior that disturbs public order, creates noise, or affects cleanliness is strictly forbidden. It is also not permitted to remove furniture, chairs, or any household items from the property. Violation of these rules may lead to immediate cancellation of your stay. Pets are not allowed. We provide basic amenities for first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing liquid, and a trash bag. Please let us know if you need additional cleaning or extra linens — we'll be happy to provide them for an additional fee. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If our team finds evidence of smoking (e.g. odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200. Extra cleaning with linens: same price as the regular cleaning fee. Extra linens: €30 (includes towels and sheets for 2 guests, when the sofa bed is not in use). Please note that under no circumstances may public areas, sidewalks, or exterior spaces be used, disturbed, or occupied, and furniture must not be removed or placed outside the property.
