The property is located on the first floor and is accessible by elevator. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a TV with Fire Stick, and a dining table ideal for guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and cutlery, as well as a stove, oven, and microwave. For added convenience, the apartment also includes a washing machine and ironing equipment. The apartment has four well-appointed bedrooms: two with double beds each, one with a single bed, and another with both a double and a single bed. All beds come with linens. The two bathrooms include all the necessary amenities, such as clean towels and free toiletries, for a hassle-free stay. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

Grote flat met voldoende ruimte voor 8 personen. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf van een paar dagen. Zeer comfortabele bedden. Voldoende parkeermogelijkheden in de buurt van de accommodatie.

De flat is zeer goed gelegen, maar zou beter onderhouden kunnen worden, ondanks dat het een oud gebouw is; er is geen reden waarom het in deze staat zou moeten verkeren.
