Welcome to my flat! This 3 bedroom flat in Valencia is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for comfortable and spacious accommodation. The property is located on the ground floor, it has a few steps to access. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a TV, a dining table and a desk for those who need to work or study during their stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essential cooking utensils and cutlery, as well as appliances such as a cooker, an oven and a microwave. For added convenience, the flat is equipped with a washing machine, drying rack and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The flat has two bedrooms with a double bed, providing ample space for relaxation, while the third bedroom offers a single bed. All bedrooms are equipped with bedding and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Enjoy your stay.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
