Welcome to my apartment! The apartment offers two spacious bedrooms and a modern, well-appointed bathroom, designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel at home, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and all essential cooking utensils—perfect for enjoying relaxed meals during longer stays in the city. The living area is a true highlight of the home, filled with abundant natural light that creates a bright and uplifting atmosphere throughout the day. The exposed brick walls add character and warmth, making the space feel especially cozy and inviting. You’ll also find a dedicated work desk, ideal for remote work or studying, along with fresh linens and all essential amenities provided for a seamless stay. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax) Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

Eenvoudig in- en uitchecken. De communicatie verliep uitstekend. Het appartement was erg schoon en zag er precies zo uit als op de foto’s. Goede ligging, met veel winkels en restaurants op loopafstand
