Welcome to my apartment! This 95 m2, three-bedroom apartment in Valencia is the perfect home for families and friends who want a comfortable and convenient stay. The property is located on the second floor and accessible by stairs. The living room features a comfortable sofa that converts into a double sofa bed, a wide-screen TV t and a dining table. There's also two private balconies to enjoy the fresh air and take a look of Portall de Valldigna (historical landmark). You can also enjoy a quiet rooftop terrace from this building. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. For added convenience, the property has a washing machine, a drying rack and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The bedrooms are well-equipped, 2 bedrooms with a double-sized bed, and the third offering a single bed (with another bed below) and fourth bedroom currently set as an office with a desk and an office chair. All the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The property includes an office with a desk, office chair and fiber speed WIFI making it ideal for those who need to work remotely during their stay. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
