See you soon! - By train: Troyes train station is 10 minutes on foot - By vehicle: Free parking: 1. On the street 2. Less than 5 minutes on foot: Victor Hugo or Delestriant parking 💡 How is the key handover done? It’s very simple. You will have autonomous access to the property for your comfort, thanks to the key box. The procedure will be communicated to you later for a smooth arrival. 💡 Are you the only tenants of the accommodation? Yes. 💡 Is the Wi-Fi connection private and complimentary? Yes, subject to the quality of the operator’s bandwidth.
Interacties
The Mon Groom team is always available (from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., every day). You can contact us directly via messaging or by phone. In case of emergency, a team member will come to your accommodation. Since no member of Mon Groom lives on-site, an immediate intervention cannot be expected. However, being committed to a quality approach, we will intervene within a reasonable timeframe so that you can fully enjoy your stay.

**To Remember:** 1. Please respect the property and the neighborhood. Your stay is in a rental unit, not a hotel. 2. On departure, please leave the property in good condition, just like you found it: empty the trash into the containers, close the windows, lower the heating, and turn off the lights. 3. In case of a problem, our team will do its best to respond quickly, but please note that there is no on-site staff. 4. A cleaning service is scheduled to return the property to its original state, including cleaning the premises and linens by professionals. This does not include washing dishes, various waste removal, deodorizing, etc. Plates must be clean and stored away. An additional fee of €25 will be charged for extra costs. 5. Sheets and towels are provided: changes during your stay are available upon request for an extra fee. 6. An additional cleaning service is available for €50, to be requested before your arrival. 7. Supplies for your arrival are provided. Products for the rest of your stay are at your expense. 8. Early arrival and late departure are possible for an additional fee and subject to availability. 9. Failure to comply with the house rules (presence of pets, smoke odors regardless of source, etc.) will incur an additional fee of €50 for management costs. 10. Heating and water must be used responsibly and in accordance with legal regulations. Their use is intended for the number of travelers indicated at the time of booking. If we notice excessive usage, such as use that does not match the number of travelers, a refund for incurred expenses will be requested. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
