Cleaning services are available on request and by appointment with our team: linen change and cleaning during your stay by our team at the cleaning flat rate stated in the property listing. --> Please remember that you are staying in our home and not in a hotel. Please be respectful of the premises and the neighborhood. --> We ask that you leave the premises in a good state, as you found them on arrival, empty the rubbish bins and place them in the containers located in the courtyard—the door is situated on the right at the back before the passage—close all windows, turn down the heating, and turn off all the lights, and IF possible, remove the sheets and leave them with the towels in the bathroom. --> If you encounter any problem, I will make sure to take immediate action as soon as possible, but please note that no one lives on-site 24 hours a day. --> Cleaning is included and planned for a return to good condition by professionals. Dishes must be washed and put away before your departure. An additional charge of €10 will be required if not, or upon your request. --> Bed linen and towels are provided for each guest. Changes will be made upon request and for an additional fee. --> Upon arrival, you will find soap, shower gel, coffee, and tea available for the day you arrive.
