Welcome to my home! This charming 120m² house, spread over two floors, is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide selection of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. On the ground floor, you'll find a bright and comfortable living area with a cosy sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for shared meals. Large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. From here, you have direct access to the garden and backyard, complete with a BBQ and outdoor furniture—ideal for relaxing or dining al fresco. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare tasty meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. Also on the ground floor is a convenient ensuite bedroom with a double bed—perfect for guests with limited mobility. Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms: two with double beds and wardrobes, and one with two single beds. All beds are dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful and comfortable stay. The bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. For your comfort, the house is professionally cleaned before each stay. Please note that stairs are required to access the upper floor. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Overige informatie
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
