Welcome! The villa is designed and decorated to offer you a relaxing stay with every luxury detail. Bedrooms: It has two spacious and bright bedrooms. Equipped with hotel-quality linens and towels courtesy of GuestReady. Some bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with direct access to the pool area, so you can wake up to the best views! Interior: Modern and open spaces, with a welcoming living room (equipped with a Smart TV) and areas designed for relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation. The Exterior (The jewel of the villa): Enjoy a large covered terrace with a spacious outdoor dining table, ideal for breakfast or relaxing at sunset. Quiet and Noise: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. The apartment has a noise sensor. Exceeding 75dB or tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation without refund. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited both in the apartment and in the building's common areas. Cleaning: Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken outside the building upon departure. Pets: No animals of any kind are allowed (including assistance animals). Visitors: Access is prohibited to anyone not included in the reservation.

Rustige plek, ruime accommodatie, groot en gezellig terras. Als aanbeveling zouden ze de losse fauteuils kunnen vervangen door een grotere bank met meerdere zitplaatsen.
