It comfortably accommodates 4 people, with a living room, two bedrooms each featuring a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. Ideally located minutes from the RER, you can enjoy a quiet stay in the suburbs while staying connected to Paris! Please note that this property is available for a minimum of 30 days.

Welcome to this beautiful 73 m² apartment, located on the 5th floor (with a lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a peaceful location with easy access to Paris. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table that can seat up to four people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and a dishwasher. The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The beds (queen – 160x200) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair-dryer, a towel-dryer and a mirror. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The toilet is separated. The exterior offers a pleasant relaxation area furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying sunny days or a moment of calm. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
