This modern studio in the heart of Porto is perfect for couples looking to stay in the city centre. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is close to attractions like Porto Cathedral and Torre dos Clérigos, good restaurants and shops, and the S. Bento station is just 5-mins away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my studio! It comes with an open floor plan. The living space features a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining table and a work desk. The area has multiple windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. There is also a heavenly queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric plate, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Note: The building has a lift but is only accessible from the first floor. Guests must climb one flight of stairs from the building entrance to reach the lift.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
