Welcome to my apartment! This 65m2, 2-bedroom duplex apartment in Porto is the perfect getaway for families and friends looking to explore this vibrant city. The property is located on the third floor and accessible by lift. This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table. Step out onto the balcony, where you can enjoy a breath of fresh, crisp air in a tranquil setting. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer, drying rack and ironing facility to meet laundry needs. The two bedrooms each have a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a spacious wardrobe for convenient storage. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The property is located in the city centre, where ongoing construction in the surrounding area may cause some daytime noise. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

We had a wonderful stay. Location is convenient and walkable to many places. Apartment matched pictures, lots of natural light, was very comfortable, very clean, and spacious. Restroom was not stuffy
