The nightlife is full of vibrant spots to hang out with your family and friends. There is the Douro river, where you can enjoy a nice pleasant river cruise and try many different dishes and wines. It is also located near the coast which provides your the possibility to go to the beach and enjoy a sunny day.

Welcome to our home! Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer! The apartment is located on the 4th floor without a lift. The kitchen is equipped, with a cooking plate, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and other utilities for your usage. There is a living area with a sofa and a flat screen where you can relax after a day in the city. You also have access to a large balcony with a Barbecue. The bedroom comes with a comfy bed with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom is equipped with all you need for your stay. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay. Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. Enjoy your stay! Note: The apartment is located in a noisy busy street, which might be some normal city noise.

Overige informatie
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Schitterend gelegen accommodatie, we vonden het erg leuk! Het enige negatieve is dat er geen onbetaalde parkeerplaats is. Desondanks was het de moeite waard.
