Welcome to my home! Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer. This apartment can sleep up to 3 people comfortably. The living room, fitted with a comfortable sofa, is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout, allowing you to enjoy sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home! The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. The bedroom contains a comfortable queen-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay!

Overige informatie
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2pm, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
