It is located on the 4th floor and has a lift access, although it is necessary to climb stairs to reach it. This stylish apartment combines modern design with traditional Portuguese flair. The deep blue velvet sofa and matching carpet create a warm and sophisticated atmosphere, complemented by a striking azulejo-style art panel above the wall-mounted TV, perfect for cosy evenings. Mirrored walls enhance the sense of space and light, adding a touch of elegance to the living area. The kitchen is sleek and functional, equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals. It offers a welcoming space for cooking, socialising, and dining together. The dining area features built-in seating and pendant lighting, blending comfort and practicality in a beautifully designed layout. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, a wall-mounted TV, and a calming, minimalist design. It also offers plenty of storage space, perfect for organising your belongings during your stay. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

We had a lovely stay in this flat. Right in the middle of the main shopping street with all shops nearby, and Porto's old town within walking distance. Also plenty of nice places to eat nearby.
