Almada Street was the first significant way to be built out of the city's walls. At the top of the street, you can find the Divine Heart of Chapel, which dates back to 1878 in neo-gothic style. "Blacksmiths' street", as some people call it, is known for its hardware stores. You'll find everything from chains to faucets, plugs to hand tools, keys to plumbing supplies. But new life is being brought to this street, with new stores, designs, vintage ones, tattoo shops, and coffee shops. It is very close to the City Hall and Praça da República.

The studio is on the third floor, accessible by elevator, and designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfortable queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The living room is tastefully decorated, featuring a restful sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. You can also access the private balcony to enjoy the fresh air and add a touch of outdoor relaxation to your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, including a stove, an oven and a microwave. The studio also has ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
