Welcome to my studio! This charming 35 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this incredible city. It is located on the 2nd floor via stairs. The studio is thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and functionality in one inviting space. The sleek kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and appliances, including an oven, microwave, cooking plate, and coffee machine. A dining table for two completes the area, perfect for shared meals or remote work. Adjacent to it, the living space includes a cosy sofa and a TV, ideal for relaxing after a day out. The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed and large built-in wardrobes, providing plenty of storage to organise your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
