Welcome! This bright and charming duplex apartment, elegantly decorated with a contemporary design, is the perfect base from which to explore Porto and its wonderful attractions. Ideal for families or small groups, the property is spread over two floors. On the lower floor, there is an open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a sophisticated dining table and television, making it the perfect space to relax and socialise in the abundant natural light that floods in through its large windows. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it features a coffee machine, oven, hob, fridge and other practical built-in appliances to assist you in your day-to-day life. The two bedrooms are harmoniously decorated and ensure complete privacy, being divided across the two floors. On the lower floor, there is a serene bedroom equipped with an inviting double bed and wardrobes to keep your belongings neatly organised. Heading up the scenic staircase to the upper floor, you will discover the second double bedroom – an incredibly cosy retreat beneath a charming wooden ceiling with skylights, also featuring a practical desk workspace. The property has two full bathrooms with shower, conveniently located one on each floor, with all amenities including towels and toiletries for your convenience. Please note that the accommodation is located on the 2nd floor and access is only by stairs, which is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The space is always professionally cleaned. This is a property with self check-in and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to complete a registration form which will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays of more than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80 included. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

Het appartement was fantastisch: rustig gelegen, schoon en ruim. Op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden, bussen en de metro. Een café op de hoek en een supermarkt in de volgende straat. Topappart
