Contemporary furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely studio (30 sqm) is close to various top attractions in Porto, such as Livraria Lello and Jardins do Palácio de Cristal! The train station is only a few minutes walk away from the apartment, enabling guests to explore the city with ease. This studio is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a TV to watch all your favourite shows. This unique space offers a cozy mezzanine where you will find the double bed. Please be aware that the stairs leading to the mezzanine are steep and may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility. We ask that guests get on and off with caution. Furthermore, it is important to note that the mezzanine is just over 60cm high, providing a cozy and exclusive environment. Please make sure you are comfortable with this setup before booking. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essential cookware and cutlery that you’ll need to cook, including a microwave. The dining area can comfortably accommodate two people. The studio also comes with a washer and ironing equipment, should you need them. The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need, such as shampoo and a hairdryer. Towels and toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. There’s also a private yard equipped with seating areas where you can lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Furthermore, it is important to note that the mezzanine is just over 60cm high, providing a cozy and exclusive environment. Please make sure you are comfortable with this setup before booking. We are committed to the safety and comfort of our guests, so please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or concerns. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
