Ideal for families, groups of friends, or business travelers, this single-story house offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The house has two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top, making it a practical and popular space for both children and adults. The second bedroom offers a double bed for a good night's sleep and a big closet. The living room also includes a sofa bed, allowing you to accommodate two additional people while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. To further enhance the convivial feel of the house, the fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stovetop, Nespresso machine, etc.) opens onto the living room. The bathroom has a shower. The toilet is separate. At the rear of the house, a private garden provides a relaxing outdoor space where you can enjoy a coffee in peace and quiet. This house combines comfort, practicality, and tranquility, while remaining close to the amenities and attractions of Poitiers and Futuroscope (25 minutes by car). For your comfort, everything is included in the cleaning fee, and bed linens and towels are provided. Self-check-in and check-out are available for complete flexibility. Don't hesitate to book!
