The space is bathed in natural sunlight, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other valuable appliances. A washing machine is also available for your laundry needs. The bedroom offers a cosy retreat with a queen-size bed, ample storage for your belongings, and hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful stay. The bathroom is well-appointed with towels, toiletries, and everything you need to freshen up. For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before your stay. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
