The living room opens directly onto the balcony. Kitchen: Open, functional kitchen with hob, microwave and Nespresso machine. Coffee capsules, sugar and tea are also available to enhance your gourmet moments. Master bedroom: Bright room with double bed, TV screen and small closet. This room has access to the balcony. Second bedroom: Mezzanine bedroom with double bed for a pleasant night's sleep. Bathroom: A modern bathroom with shower, welcome kit including shower gel and shampoo, and hairdryer. A toilet is integrated into the bathroom for added convenience. Toilet: WC in the bathroom. Balcony: A relaxing area overlooking the streets of Paris. Additional amenities: Washing machine, iron, Wi-Fi included, sheets and towels provided for each guest. Everything is designed to make you feel at home. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The apartment is above a restaurant, on a very busy and lively street: street noise can be heard inside in the evening and for much of the night, and it is hard to sleep with the windows open. Light sleepers may be disturbed. * The apartment is not air-conditioned: during heatwaves it can get very hot inside, including at night, especially as the street noise makes it hard to sleep with the windows open. If you are sensitive to heat and staying in summer, please take this into account. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be a 2-minute walk from Strasbourg-Saint-Denis metro station (lines 4, 8 and 9), on the 1st floor of a secure building with a lift, in an apartment with a street-facing balcony that guests love, an equipped open kitchen and a washing machine.
