In the heart of the 11ᵉ arrondissement, this bright 90 m² apartment accommodates up to 8 people. Fully modernized, it's just a few minutes' walk from the Place de la Bastille, perfect for exploring Paris on your own.

As you enter, you'll find a spacious living room with two double sofa beds and a large-screen TV, complemented by a table to bring the whole group together. The open-plan kitchen features a hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine (capsules, sugar and tea included) and dishwasher. Bedroom 1: double bed + small wardrobe. Bedroom 2: single bed + storage space. Bedroom 3: double bed, wardrobe and private bathroom overlooking the courtyard. The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a toilet (showers, storage space, hairdryer, shower gel, and shampoo), as well as a separate toilet with a sink. Sheets and towels are provided, as well as an iron and Wi-Fi. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The bedrooms are small: there is little room to move around the double beds. They suit a couple well; for friends who do not share a bed, space is tight. * Two of the three bedrooms overlook the building's inner courtyard, facing the bins. If you want an open view or like to sleep with the windows open, please take this into account. * The apartment is not air-conditioned: during heatwaves it can get hot inside, including at night. If you are sensitive to heat and staying in summer, please take this into account. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in a quiet part of the 11th arrondissement, a 2-minute walk from Rue des Boulets metro station (line 9), in a 90 m² (969 sq ft) ground-floor apartment with a large living room, two shower rooms, a separate toilet, an equipped open kitchen and a dishwasher.
