The apartment is non-smoking. Parties are not allowed, out of respect for the peace and quiet of the property and neighbors. A baby cot is available upon request for an additional fee of €40. Parties are strictly forbidden and may result in immediate eviction from the property. Self check-in is available 24/7, offering you full flexibility for your arrival. Phone support is available daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Unfortunately, this apartment is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility (PMR).
