A 30 m² (323 sq ft) apartment on the ground floor of a secure building, laid out as follows: - 1 Living area with a lounge, dining corner and double sofa bed, to gather and unwind - 1 Open kitchen, modern and functional (stovetop, microwave, capsule coffee machine) - 1 Separate bedroom with a double bed and quality linens, for truly restful nights - 1 Bathroom with shower and toilet, shower gel and shampoo provided Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, portable air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer. Fresh sheets and towels are provided for each guest, and the apartment is carefully prepared by our housekeeping team. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The apartment measures 30 m² (323 sq ft) and is perfectly suited to a stay for two. With four guests, two sleep on the sofa bed in the living room; once unfolded, it leaves little space to open suitcases. * There is no installed air conditioning. A portable air conditioner is available, but its exhaust hose means a window must stay ajar, and it struggles to bring the temperature down during heatwaves. If you do not cope well with heat, please keep this in mind: sleeping can be difficult in summer. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will enjoy a quiet, safe part of the 7th arrondissement, a 5-minute walk from Vaneau station (line 10), step-free access that is very handy with luggage, a bedroom of its own, as well as a washing machine and a dishwasher.
