Welcome to my studio! Nestled in a charming little red building in idyllic Porte de Saint-Cloud: the studio is just 18 minutes away by metro to The Eiffel Tower, Champ du Mars and Arc de Triomphe. Inside, the is minimally furnished and well-kept, which includes a clothing rack to hang your clothes and a small but generously well-equipped kitchenette hidden behind a set of doors. The unit has a queen bed lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. There's also a tiny wall-mounted TV to keep you entertained from the comforts of the bed. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Pleasant stay Good location. All amenities around. Quiet neighborhood.

The location was really good. The place was so close to markets and metro and it was in the one of the safest districts in Paris. However it was dirty, despite the 300 euros I paid for a cleaning fee.
