Welcome to my 79 m² apartment on the 2nd floor in the 19th arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people with its three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Ideally located 3 minutes from the metro, you'll enjoy a peaceful stay in Paris. This apartment is only available on a mobility lease (minimum 30 days).

A warm welcome! The front door of this 79 m² apartment opens onto a bright, elegantly decorated space, ideal for a medium-term stay. The living area features a comfortable sofa and TV, perfect for relaxing. The dining area features a table for up to four guests, ideal for sharing meals. The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals (oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine). A washing machine is also available. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 x 200), while the second bedroom has a bunk bed (2 single beds). The third pull-out double bed is in the study, which is perfect for those who work remotely. All beds are carefully made up with hotel-quality linen. The bathroom has a washbasin, large mirror and shower. The toilet is separate. You'll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. The apartment also offers the rare advantage of a private, fully enclosed and secure parking space, allowing you to park your car, bicycle, or scooter safely and free of charge, ensuring comfort and peace of mind throughout your stay. All you have to do is enjoy your stay in Paris!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
