If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Important note: The building is presently undergoing construction, and repairs may require some time for completion. Consequently, the building door remains open. However, there is no cause for concern.
