Welcome to my 200m² apartment on the 8th and 9th floors at the 16th Arrondissement in Paris. It can comfortably accommodate seven people with its large living room, four bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, balcony, and terrace with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Ideally located minutes from the metro and with a parking spot available, you can enjoy a charming stay exploring Paris.

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 8th floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 200m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! It is located on two floors and is unsuitable for people with reduced mobility. Being on the 8th and 9th floors, you'll enjoy a panoramic view of Paris, with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. The living room features large sofas for relaxing and a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows. The large windows allow abundant sunlight in and provide a beautiful view. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The first bedroom has a queen bed (160x200), two bedrooms have double beds (140x200), and the fourth has a single bed (90x200). All beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. An electric elliptical bike is also available on the balcony of one of the rooms. On the second level, there's a dining table for eight people and an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine. There's also a spacious 35m² terrace with a dining table, a seating area (a 3-seater sofa and four comfortable armchairs), and a parasol, so you can enjoy sunny days and the beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. The property has three bathrooms, two with baths and one with a shower. They contain all the necessary amenities, including two hairdryers, towels, and complimentary toiletries. There are also two separate WCs. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. The apartment has air conditioning in the floor. For your comfort, the second floor is air conditioned, and each bedroom has a fan. You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay. A smoke detector is installed for your safety. You will also have access to a parking spot in the building's garage. Enjoy your stay!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
