The apartment is located above Saint-Dominique Street, known for its shops, Rue Cler, and some of the best patisseries in Paris. A supermarket is on the same block, and Michelin-starred restaurants are just steps away. Take a stroll through the Champ de Mars park or bring something for a picnic – it’s undoubtedly an amazing experience with the Eiffel Tower as a backdrop. From this location, enjoy the view of the illuminated tower sparkling with lights, perhaps with an Aperol. Every night, the first five minutes of every hour offer a magical spectacle.

Welcome to my 40 m² flat, on the 7ᵉ floor with lift, in the 7ᵉ arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people thanks to its living room with sofa bed, bedroom equipped with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Ideally located 8 minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay at the gateway to Paris.

Welcome! The entrance to this 40 m² apartment opens into a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living area features a very comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, and a dining area with a table that seats up to five guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals (microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine). A washing machine is also available for your use. The bedroom has a double bed (140x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linens. A wardrobe is also provided for you to store your belongings and feel right at home. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a large mirror, a shower, and toilet facilities. You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left is for you to enjoy! NOTE: The lift has a maximum capacity of 2 people or one person with luggage only. Also, it would also be advisable to avoid noise so as not to disturb neighbours.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
