Welcome to my 12 m² apartment, located on the ground floor in Paris's 13th arrondissement near the famous Place d'Italie. It has one bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom and can comfortably accommodate two guests. Ideally situated just a 4-minute walk from the metro, it offers a peaceful and pleasant stay in the City of Light.

Welcome! Step into this charming and cozy 12 m² studio, where a bright and elegantly decorated space awaits you. The apartment features a double bed (160x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linens and offers storage space underneath, along with a TV for your entertainment. It opens onto a private 18 m² courtyard, furnished with a table and chairs—perfect for enjoying sunny days. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals, such as a microwave, kettle and espresso machine. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The well-designed bathroom features a sink, a large mirror, a shower, and a toilet. You’ll have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left to do is relax and enjoy!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

The accommodation was small and cosy. It was close to a metro station, so it was well connected to the city centre.
