There is no TV in the apartment. No parties and no smoking accommodation. Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and leave the apartment in the condition in which you found it. Early check-in & late check-out : For any check-in before 4:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM, an extra fee of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to make a request so we can organize accordingly.
