It comfortably accommodates two people with a queen-size bed in the bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. Ideally located just 7 minutes from the metro, you’ll enjoy a peaceful stay in the heart of the capital. This apartment is available exclusively under a mobility lease.

Welcome to my apartment! Step into this bright and elegantly decorated 43 m² apartment, located on the 5th floor with an elevator. The living area features a very comfortable sofa and a television. The dining area includes a table seating up to six guests and a breakfast bar with three stools. It opens onto a balcony furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying sunny days. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linens. A large closet allows you to store your belongings and feel right at home. The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and shower. The toilet is located in a separate room for added comfort. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed in the apartment. Professional cleaning is carried out between each stay. All that's left is for you to enjoy! Please note: A secured private parking space is available with the apartment.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
