Welcome to my 35 m² apartment on the 4th floor in the 11th arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate two people thanks to its bedroom with a queen-size bed, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Ideally located 5 minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in Paris.

Welcome! The apartment is on the 4th floor, accessible only by stairs. The entrance to this 35 m² apartment opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a television. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals (oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator). A washing machine is also available. The bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linens. A wardrobe is provided to store your belongings, making you feel right at home. The bathroom has a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke and carbon monoxide detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that's left is for you to enjoy!
