Welcome to my 114 m² apartment on the 5th floor in the 20th Arrondissement of Paris. It can comfortably accommodate five people with its four bedrooms, bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. Ideally located 3 minutes from the metro, you can easily access Paris' attractions! Please note that this apartment is available for mobility leases only.

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 5th floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 114m² apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris! It is ideally located at 3 min walk from the metro station and a few minutes from the Place de la Nation. This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa where you can relax and a dining table for five. There's also a balcony where you can enjoy some fresh air! The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a microwave and a fondue machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. A tumble dryer is also available, making it easy to keep clothes fresh throughout your visit. The main bedroom has a double bed (140x200) and the three other bedrooms have single beds (two with the size 90x200 and one 120x200). All beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. There are two separate WCs. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay. A smoke detector was installed for your safety. Guests will have access to two covered parking spaces, providing convenient and secure parking during their stay. Enjoy your stay!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
