It can comfortably accommodate three adults and two children, with a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and small single beds for kids. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. Ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the metro, it offers a peaceful stay in Paris.

Welcome! Step inside this 68 m² apartment and discover a colourful, bright, and elegantly decorated space designed for your comfort. The apartment is on the 4th floor, accessible by lift. The living room welcomes you with a very comfortable sofa that converts into a single bed and a TV for your relaxation. The dining area features a table that can seat up to four guests and opens onto a balcony, offering a street view. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. The apartment includes two bedrooms: The master bedroom has a double bed (160x200), perfect for restful nights. The second bedroom has two single beds, ideal for children under ld. Each bed is made with high-quality hotel linens for optimal comfort. The bathroom has a sink, mirror, and bathtub. A washing machine is also available. The toilet is separate for added convenience. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay. A smoke detector is installed for your safety, and the apartment undergoes professional cleaning between each stay. All you need to do is unpack and enjoy your stay!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
