Welcome to my 36 m² ground-floor apartment in the 15th arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates two guests with a bedroom featuring a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a private courtyard. Ideally located just a 4-minute walk from the metro, it offers a peaceful and enjoyable stay in the City of Lights.

Welcome! Step into this bright and elegantly decorated 36 m² apartment. The living area features a very comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining space with a table that seats four. It opens onto a private courtyard with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying sunny days. (Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 9 AM.) The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing your meals: an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. The bedroom has a double bed (140x200), carefully made with high-quality hotel-grade linens. A wardrobe is available for you to store your belongings and feel at home. The en-suite bathroom features a sink, mirror, and shower. A washing machine is also provided. The toilet is separate. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left to do is enjoy your stay!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
