It can comfortably accommodate 5 people with its bright living room, its 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and terrace. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a pleasant stay in Paris!

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 3rd floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 110m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa bed, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table for six people. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the fresh air. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, a microwave, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has a double bed. All beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. A crib is also available. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including a towel dryer, a hair dryer, towels and complimentary toiletries. The WCs are separate. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. You'll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. A parking spot is also at your disposal! The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
