Welcome to my 40m² apartment on the 1st floor without a lift at 12th Arrondissement in Paris. It can comfortably accommodate up to four people with its bright living room, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a pleasant stay in Paris!

Welcome to my apartment! Located on the 1st floor with stair access, this tastefully decorated 40m² apartment is near various top attractions in Paris, such as the Panthéon! Please note that there are currently renovations in the building; we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for two. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, an oven, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom boasts a queen bed (160x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer, clean towels and complimentary toiletries. You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay. A smoke detector is installed for your safety. Please note that train lines are located right in front of the apartment. This proximity may result in some noise associated with passing trains. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
