Please note that this apartment is only available under a mobility lease.

Please note that this flat is located in the heart of Paris, on a quiet, family-friendly street. We kindly ask guests to respect the tranquil atmosphere and avoid hosting large parties or loud activities during their stay. The living room invites you to relax with its comfortable sofas and large television, perfect for your entertainment. The adjacent dining area features a spacious table that seats up to six, ideal for sharing meals in a convivial atmosphere. The modern, fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes: an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and much more. The apartment boasts three comfortable bedrooms. The first includes a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), the second has a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), and the third, perfect for children, is furnished with two single beds. All beds are dressed with high-quality hotel-style linens, and closets are available for storing your belongings to make you feel at home. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. For fitness enthusiasts, a treadmill is also provided, allowing you to stay active during your stay. The apartment has two bathrooms: the first features a sink, a large mirror, and a bathtub, while the second includes a shower and a toilet. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed, and the apartment undergoes professional cleaning between each booking. All that's left is for you to enjoy your stay!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
