Ideally located minutes from the metro station, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris. Note: This property is only located through a mobility lease for min 30 days!

Welcome to this beautiful apartment measuring 30m², located on the 4th floor (without an elevator). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower and is the ideal starting point for exploring the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area, with a comfortable living room featuring a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table for two people. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook like at home: an oven, a cooking plate, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and dishes. You will also find a washer-dryer for added convenience. The studio comprises one bed (double – 140x200) made up with hotel-quality bed linen, offering comfort and tranquillity. A closet is available for you to settle in comfortably. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a mirror, a hair dryer and a towel dryer. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. All that's left to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay to the fullest!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
