Welcome to my 120 m² flat on the 7th floor in Paris’s 5th arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates four people, with two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a 20 m² furnished terrace. Ideally situated just 3 minutes from the metro, it will allow you to enjoy a peaceful stay in the City of Light.

Welcome to this beautiful 120 m² flat, located on the 7th floor (with a lift). Modern, colourful and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions, shops, transport links and more, making it the ideal base from which to explore the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa (not a sofa bed) and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table that seats up to 6 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso-style), utensils and crockery. The property comprises 2 bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to ensure comfort and tranquillity. The master bedroom (queen-size bed: 160 x 200 cm) has an en-suite bathroom with a bath. The second bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a desk. An en-suite bathroom with a shower is attached. The toilet is separate. You will also find a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience. The outdoor area offers a pleasant, green space to relax: a terrace furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying sunny days or a quiet moment. The property is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector (and a carbon monoxide detector) for your safety. The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All that’s left for you to do is unpack your bags and make the most of your stay!

Please note that arrivals after 10 p.m. will incur an additional charge of €20, and arrivals after midnight require prior confirmation from GuestReady. In this case, please consult us before making any reservations. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil or mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. We will deduct €300 from the deposit if we detect any evidence of this rule being broken. Hallo, We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in jullie appartement. We voelden ons helemaal thuis en hebben jullie planten verzorgd, die het zwaar te verduren hadden gehad tijdens de hittegolf. Missch
