Splendid, cozy, bright, and quiet flat in the heart of Paris in the very lively Marais district, a few steps from the hotel de ville.

Welcome to our home! This charming 80 m2 flat is located 150 metres from the Beaubourg Museum, 2 minutes walk from the quays of the Seine and the Hôtel de Ville, and 13 minutes walk from Notre Dame Cathedral. This lovely apartment has a big terrace and two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, the other one with a double bed which is fitted with hotel quality linens. This apartment also has a living room with a sofa, TV, a dining area, and old tomettes floors. Il donne sur un balcon avec table et chaises afin de profiter pleinement des journées ensoleillées. It opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs so you can make the most of sunny days. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well! They have two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are also provided for your convenience. We hope you have a fantastic stay! NOTE: There is no elevator in this building.

This is a self-check-in property, you will have to go to a store located 6 minutes away by foot from the apartment to pick the key up. More information on how this will work out will be provided before your stay. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and it’s not allowed to light a fire. Please respect the quite hours between 10 pm and 8am.

Very charming apartment in an excellent location. Very comfotable place with all you need. Balcony is lovely to sit out on and listen to the sounds of the city below. Stairs is probably the only down
