There are public institutions such as, the Sorbonne, where you can visit the seventeenth century chapel where the tomb of Cardinal Richelieu rests and many bookstores. While walking through the Latin Quarter, you will also come across major sites of Parisian heritage, such as the famous Pantheon, the Gallo-Roman baths and the sumptuous medieval museum of Cluny, the ancient arenas of Lutetia, the monumental fountain of the famous Place Saint-Michel or the very pleasant Jardin des Plantes. Fitted with a convertible sofa bed, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, relax in the spacious living room after spending a long day in the city. There’s even a work desk set up for your disposal. The bedroom features a double bed (fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens) and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
