It comfortably accommodates two people, featuring a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a fitted kitchen and lounge, and a bathroom. Ideally located just 5 minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in Paris. Minimum rental period: 30 days.

Welcome to this lovely 31 m² flat, located on the 4th floor (no lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions, shops, transport links and more, making it the ideal base from which to explore the city. It is suitable for medium-term rentals of at least 30 days. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable kitchen-diner, equipped with a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining area has a table that seats up to 4 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso-style), utensils and crockery. The property includes a bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available to help you settle in comfortably. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a large mirror. The toilet is located within the bathroom. You will also find a washing machine, for added convenience, as well as clothes rails. The property is equipped with Wi-Fi and a smoke detector for your safety. The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. All that’s left for you to do is unpack your bags and enjoy your stay to the full!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
